Plumbing emergency tips

This article has some good advice on how to prepare for plumbing emergencies.  The one addition we’d add is just contact us.  Although there is a premium for emergency service as the article indicates, we do not gouge our customers.  If you’re anxious to avoid any premium, the best plan might be to know where your emergency shut-offs are so you can at least stop the leaks until a plumber can get there during normal business hours.  Here are the shut-offs you should locate.

  1. Incoming water main
  2. Sinks, toilets, and washers
  3. Lines into your hot water heater

In addition to our phone number, you should also have the number to your local water authority so they can shut you off in case you can’t locate your main.
