Most routine jobs can be scheduled within 1-2 business days. Here is a sample of what our process entails:

We receive a call or an e-mail regarding an issue. We determine whether this is a service call or a larger job that requires an estimate. Then one of our customer service representatives will schedule a time for a technician to come out to assess the problem and answer any initial questions that you may have.

Then one of the following will occur:

If the call is for a basic service call - A technician is scheduled to come to your location, asses the issue, offer suggestions on how to handle the repair, answer questions, give an estimate, and repair the plumbing issue.

If it is for a larger job that requires an Estimate - An estimator will come to the location, asses the issue, offer suggestions on how to handle the repair, answer questions, and give a free estimate.

Daily Scheduled Service Calls for Basic Service Call, Estimate and/or Maintenance

We understand that plumbing issues can interfere with your daily business operations, so we try to make it as easy as we can for you when scheduling visits:

• We offer after and normal business hours
• We give 4 hour window times for when you can expect your technician to come
• The technician will call you to alert you if they are running late
• Please let us know if you would like a phone call from the technician when they are in route to your home.

Our Technicians... What ever the job, our technicians are ready to serve you! They arrive at your business with a full uniform and marked trucks. All employees are drug-free, very experienced and most employees have been with Mahon Plumbing since they opened their doors in 1994! They are very conscientious when they enter your place of business. They will try to lay a cloth down to protect your floor or furniture from harm and wear booties if their shoes are wet or muddy.

Our trucks are always fully stocked with supplies and proper tools to get the job done. We also carry brand names products that you know and trust such as Delta, Moen, Kohler, AO Smith and Crane!

New Home Construction
Many builders trust Mahon Plumbing to assist with new home construction. They have highly experienced designated technicians to perform "rough-ins" and trim. Mahon plumbing uses their own equipment.
